As a part of our continued relationship and work with the indigenous people of the Yakama Reservation in Washington state, following our Service Learning Trip there in the summer of 2023, we are excited to be hosting Dancing Our Prayers on Saturday, March 2 at 6:30 pm at First Presbyterian Church!

Dancing Our Prayers are teams of Native teens who travel locally, regionally and nationally sharing their culture, spirituality, and way of life. The youth and staff drum & dance in full regalia, perform drama, give testimony and speak on conciliation issues between Native and non-Native America.

We hope you will join us. AND we need host homes for the group to stay with that Saturday night. The hope is to have 2-3 youth/adults in each home, and provide transpiration home Saturday night and to church Sunday morning, plus breakfast.
