The Occasional Quartet is returning to Yamhill County! They will be performing on Sunday, June 23rd at 4pm at Seufert Tasting Room (303 Main Street. Dayton, OR). This concert will be a benefit for PAD (Performing Arts of Dayton), a new nonprofit dedicated to bringing the performing arts to Dayton, Oregon. The concert is FREE, and proceeds from food and wine sales will go to PAD.
Mark Pederson, Jim Dayton, Ron Olisar, and Elwyn Behnke have been performing together since 2006. They sing tight harmonies from all genres, including musical theater, classical, barbershop, rock (James Taylor, Eagles, etc), and Doo Wop, to name a few. Their mission is to raise funds for others, especially causes that support social justice and food and housing insecurity. So far they have raised $46,523 for such organizations as Habitat for Humanity, YCAP, Unidos, and many others. Supporting the arts is a natural fit for these talented and giving men, so they are thrilled to be singing to support PAD.
Don’t miss this reunion concert and the opportunity to hear great music, enjoy great food and wine, and support a great cause.
