Meditative Walk – 6:30 pm
Simple Service – 7:15pm

Meet at 6:30 pm in the FBC Courtyard to join with friends from First Presbyterian Church and McMinnville Cooperative Ministries for a guided meditative walk around our neighborhood, pausing to remember Jesus’ journey to the cross and ending with a brief service of song and prayer at the CoOp.

If you can only join for the service, come to the CoOp, 544 NE 2nd Street, at 7:15 pm.

Holy Saturday, April 16

9:00 am – Lectio Divina Meditation, in the Sanctuary

9:30 am – Yoga, 45 minute class (led by Angela Darrow) in the Gathering Room
(bring a mat or towel, and water)

9:30 am – 12n – Easter Flower Cross, in the Sanctuary
Bring your flowers from home, to the sanctuary and place them on the Flower Cross, to be on display Easter morning.

10 am-12 pm – Church Spring Clean up, inside the building & outside
The more that participate – the quicker the job! Meet in the courtyard at 10 am. There’ll be a list of projects needing to be worked on – weeds to pull – debris to be pick-up – leaves to rake – bark dust to spread and more. Bring rakes, gloves, and ENERGY! We’ll provide garbage bags, bark dust, rags, vacuum, window cleaner, and more.

12-12:30 pm – Lunch in Gathering Room
Volunteers will be rewarded with a simple lunch to say THANK YOU!

EASTER Sunday, April 17

Worship – 10 am
Element: BREATH; Sermon from John 9:1-12
Rev. Erika Marksbury preaching; Music from Nadya King, harpist, and a special Easter Choir!
Plus, a little box of Easter surprises will be waiting for you in the Gathering Room after church – a gift from your favorite Social Team.

Faith & Java – 8:30 am
*Bereans and Chapel Class will not meet.
