everywhere the feast: faithful conversations on meeting the moment

What does it mean to be a person of faith in our current climate? How does it matter that we are people committed to “good news”? As followers of Jesus’ way of courage and compassion, how are we being called to respond to this moment in our collective life?

“Everywhere the Feast” is a joint (potluck!) ministry of First Baptist Church, First Presbyterian Church, McMinnville Cooperative Ministries, and St. Barnabas Episcopal Church. It is an invitation to gather with old and new friends, to nourish our bodies with good food and our spirits with thoughtful discussion. We’ll center our reflections around short readings that address the hopes and fears of all the years, and especially this one.

We’ll rotate locations, meeting on third Sundays at 5:30pm and taking a break in December before regrouping in the new year. The schedule this fall is: October 19 at McMinnville Cooperative Ministries (544 NE 2nd Street) and November 16 at St. Barnabas (822 SW 2nd Street). If you can, please bring a dish to share.
