We are excited to present this introductory training on Effective Communication based on Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a practice rooted in humanistic psychology and developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg. NVC is designed to catalyze efficient and empathetic interpersonal dynamics, emotional intelligence, and effective conflict resolution. When applied in community and organizational settings, NVC accelerates and clarifies communication while building cooperation, trust, and motivation.
This training will be co-facilitated by Tad Beckwith of Spin It Forward LLC and Sandra Amiry, C-CNVCT of Rose City NVC, bringing together extensive experience in NVC practice and community facilitation.
This introductory workshop series provides a foundational introduction to NVC principles; interactive discussions and role-plays; ongoing practice opportunities to deepen skills for committed participants.
