FINANCIAL REPORT – February 2022

January’s NW Natural Gas invoice was paid early so Utilities line in 2021 was $1800 extra and Utilities line in 2022 will be $1800 less than budgeted. Administrative line is $475 over budget as the General Liability/Auto annual insurance premium was paid in full January 2022. Vanco/Realm fees weren’t recorded in December 2021 and so both…
